To enrol for a NZQC training course, please complete the

1. Select your course from the list shown below
2. Print the flyer
3. Fill in the relevant details on the enrolment form
4. Attach payment if paying by cheque or a Purchase Order
form – do not forget     to check if
you qualify for the Early Bird rate!

You will receive confirmation of
your enrolment by return.
Provisional enrolment
You can make a provisional enrolment simply by phoning 0800
9000 99 or by email to info@nzqc.co.nz.
To confirm your place, just complete the enrolment procedure
described above. As soon as we receive your enrolment form
(preferably no later than 4 weeks before the course) we will
send you a confirmation letter with full details of the course.

Venues
The usual places for New Zealand Quality
College courses are venues in Auckland, Wellington and
Christchurch, although not all courses run at each venue.
Check the course details for venue and date options.
If you prefer, we will come to your place and deliver
the course in your own setting. The advantage of this
is you can relate the training to your own workplace
practices and involve staff in identifying improvements.

Cancellations and transfers
If you wish to cancel your attendance, please email or write
to us. You will be refunded your money in full if the cancellation
is received 14 days or more before the course starts. If you
cancel less than 14 days from the start of the course, you
will be refunded 50% of the fee you have paid. If you cancel
on the day the course commences, or any time thereafter, no
fee refunded will be made. Substitutions are acceptable at
any time.
Where possible, you may transfer your booking to another course.
A 10% transfer fee may be incurred for transfers received
less than 14 days from the start of the course. Transfers
made on the day a course commences, or any time thereafter,
will be treated as cancellations and will require payment
of a new fee.
Amendments and alterations
The New Zealand Quality College reserves the right to amend,
alter or withdraw any of the information on the website or
any course being offered. If we exercise this option we will
notify registrants as early as possible so as to minimise
any inconvenience.
